Its a ghost town - [60] deathtyrant on Mar/03/09 @ 9:24 pm

irst off let me start by saying hello to everyone. I haven't played this game in a long time or really tried to talk to anyone. I am blowing the dust off my wow game and starting it up again. This was the best guild i was in and if it is still around i would like to come back. If you guys are still playing let me know where. Well that's that. It almost feels like one of those "if a tree falls in the woods" posts but hey.
You know... i think it looks more like a puma then a warthog.

Hey DT.

I recently canceled my subscription. RL has me too busy... I might be persuaded to fire it back up again if enough former FE folks were playing, though ;)

They did a nice job on the most recent x-pac, IMO. But it's not enough to keep me hooked at the moment. I agree that this was the best guild I was in and I miss those days. The game just isn't the same without the people.

Good to hear from ya, man. Hope things are well.

Hey Hey ... Great to hear from you guys Its hard to believe anyone even finds this website anymore, since it hasn't been touched in years. I think I stopped visiting it in 2006 after my 1st baby. Just the same, damn I love remembering those fun times. DT I got an email about an update on your account, I kinda figured it was you. Was meaning to ask. Was it?

Mesta and I still keep in touch via iChat sometimes (been trying unsuccessfully to convince him to use facebook) I also talk with Harken a lot, and Yeger and a couple others. I was into running private servers for a while just for my own play. It was fun in that it didn't require as much time to satisfy my interest. I highly recommend it for any of you who don't have tons of time to play :)

Foundation's Edge was less of a Guild and more of an idea (that had worked) which I tried to carry over from Lineage 1. Wow just didn't foster the same community effort that Lineage did ... many failures ensued. What was successful though, was the quality of people we were able to bring in ... fantastic folk, all of you. I remember almost every name :)

I'm honored you both remember the parts that worked best!

Hey all! If you can believe it, I still use this for the areas in WoW, so I don't forget certain places and rep...Still do check in from time-to-time and my log-in still works...Thanks Russ! I play on a PVP server, but would move my chars back to Eldre-Thalas in a sec! Gwenllian is still playing, it appears, but can't confirm that.

Let me know if anyone still plays and what servers! Take care all...Toby/MM/NM/HM

Hey folks...
Dropped by on a whim and was surprised to see there's still some activity. :)

This most recent patch (3.3.0) has introduced some fun new content and a HUGELY improved Looking For Group feature (you can queue for any of the dungeons in your level range, will be matched with players from your Battlegroup (rather than just your server), and get a buff for running with strangers (5% damage and healing, I believe). Never been a better time to come back. :)

I still check Proudeagle on Eldre'Thalas on occasion, but my primary server is Firetree (PVP). My main there is a tanking dwarf warrior named Strongeagle.

I hope everyone is doing well. Take care and have fun.

It took me forever to figure out what my old login and password were, but in any case, I still am very active on Eldre'Thalas.

I am still in Plundercats. Towards the end of Burning Crusade, drama between officers shrunk the guild quite a bit, but we got back together for Wrath of the Lich King and are enjoying the new raiding format that allows for legitimate 10 man progression.

A small, low drama, progression oriented guild is much more to my liking.

Enkidu! Strongeagle! Great to see you guys on. I think quite often about the old days and the fun had with you all. Thanks for dropping in and updating. Any of you planning to play star craft 2 when its out? or the new Diablo? I am debating resurrecting the FoundationsEdge website to bring folks together to play those 2 games when they are out.

Yeger and I played a browser based MMO for the last 6-7 months called Evony (in the alliance ASIMOV), but right now we are both playing Guild Wars together (in the alliance Foundation). Guild Wars is kinda like WOW (as I knew it) but more more casual. The game is less gear/level centric. Its still awesome fun though, and very challenging.

I will definitely be interested in the new Diablo; probably not Starcraft as I dont really care for real-time strategy games.

Good to see a few of you are still kicking ;-) How goes the Java programming, Pesh?
