I am doing great. I still enjoy WoW as much as ever. My guild is working our way through Karazhan. Once we get the Shade of Aran on farm status (this fight is not that hard, it's just very unforgiving of carelessness) and start working on the Prince, we will also start on the early 25 man raids (Gruul, and Magtheridon).

Awe man, I miss you guys :) Love seeing those old names.
I've been busy with work, life and my baby girl. And studying up on Java Game developement pretty actively. I just completed a Java course I was signed up for as well. Have thougth about jumping back into Wow as i hear its more casual friendly now but I think that would hamper my longer term game dev goals.
Kinda been limiting myself to games I can pause as well. Go figure.
Great to seee you all still kickin. gogogogogo Nike, Mesta, Yaliya!
btw, i tend to post here more than elsewhere lately ...
We are not the guild you're looking for. You can go about your business. Move along ... *waves hand*

Ditto on what Enkidu had to say.
Of the three guilds FE peeps went to CK is still going strong as Enk says, dealing with Shade right now in Kara is a pain. Hillpeople had a bit of a split but seem to have recovered. Molsen had a big split, I think it was the A-team vs B-team thinking, but don't quote me on that one. I know Twist rebuilt and they're working on Prince in Kara at this point. I know some of the old FE peeps went into Purple Haze in that split. The bottom line is, Kara breaks a lot of guilds.
Remember how Priest were always in short supply, well now it's Tanks...

Hi there :D
Yeah I cant help but to look on the site from time to time, just to see if anyone is still around. At the moment Im studying for finals and such then ill probably buy a new computer and start playing LOTRO with grim and jalna. It really is a fun game and is totally diffrent from WoW. Its very casual friendly and thats what i need. Anyway Life for me has been great and im glad to see CK is still doing great along with everyone elses guilds. I hear TBC is really fun. I hope you all do great in the new dungeon and im sure you all will get it soon. my E-mail is johnellswood88@hotmail.com if ya ever wanna say hi. I have thought about going back to WoW but i kinda gave up all my toons and the two years of work i did when i left so i dont think I would do it again. It just wouldnt be fun for me, ya know. THis is kinda funny... the FE one year reunion in a way lol
You spank it , you tank it !!!

Hey Mesta -
Hope you're doing well, too. Proudeagle is mostly retired these days... I'm spending most of my time on Firetree with the remnants of TheMerryMen. I'm still enjoying the game though feeling less driven to play as friends drift away.
My best to all of you.

Hey all, I check back here from time to time, but it appears I have been slacking, since this post is from May. I finally found a guild, that is as CLOSE as possible to FE. We are raiding Kara now and have downed Attumen, Moroes (although having probs with him again), the Opera Event (depending on the show!) and the Chess Event once.
We are making progress, but only raid 2x a week, as we are just about big enuf to raid alone, without ally guilds. Yes tanks are the issue now, but we are needing priests! :( I am the only mage in the guild, so ppl spoil me rotten and take care of me. I miss NM, but we have 4-5 70 Hunters (what a surprise!), so I made the choice to be needed.
Glad everyone is doing well, including u Russ. I do check codeofficer.com occasionally and keep up on ur success; glad all is well for you! Tomorrow is my 1 yr anniversary in my new job (well not new anymore), as a Paramedic. I left the small town I live in and made the move to the big city 15 min away, with the hopes of a bigger future. It paid off big, when I was recently promoted to Field Training Officer (FTO). There are 3 of us, and we are in charge of training and teaching new EMT's/Paramedic's and in charge of on-going training of them all. It is very much the challenge I wanted and a bit intimidating, so it keeps me humble and busy.
Attended my 20 yr HS reunion a couple weeks ago and that was the highlight of my yrs so far. I was able to see 3 of my 4 best friends in HS, and spent 3 days with them and their wives/kids. I came away humbled, emotional and feeling good about life and seeing those ppl again.
I see Gan alot at Kara waiting area and chat with him a bit on the Antiestablishmentarian chan we all made. Good to hear from you all and I hope everyone is doing well. Feel free to look me up anytime on MM or NM, in game. Otherwise, email me anytime: WilsonTRAC@msn.com. Take care everyone and keep in touch on the site; like u all have said, reunions rock! :)

Heya peeps. Good to see old guildies are still kickin. And I have yet to find and FE-like guild ;-)
Would be great to hunt with you again Pesh, but I can related to losing real-life content in favor of game time.
By way of update, Twist from TMC has left the game to spend more time in RL. Altaria is the new GL and trying pretty hard to restore it. But it has been really rough. After the big A-team/B-team split that left about half of TMC in a new guild called Aftershock, Twist went through a long period of real-life issues.
His distractions let the guild slip further into chaos. When he finally turned it over to Altaria, it was mostly gone.
Still, we have Kara down to farm status, but not enough solid players for 25-man. Lost our MT last night (Gimlore). Anyone looking for a MT gig, shoot me a tell in game (Darksummoner, Medi, or Lyco). We've lost sooo many peeps after gearing them. Really sucks. My drood is stand-in MT for now but we could sure use another plate wearer...
Wanna come back an MT Pesh? :-)
Anyway, if any old-timers are looking for a new guild home, you might come give TMC a try. Sure is a lot different from the MC/BWL days -- but it has potential.
Cheers,
Tony

Just checking in to see if Foundation is up and running on Lineage? Was considering staying permanently, as I have renewed my acct and I log on to talk to Gwen, from time to time.
If anyone has any info on who to wis in Lin Land, PLZ let me know. I would love to be back home again. I too, dont log on much anymore, ET server is so broken up and I dont see too many ppl I know anymore. I have thought of rerolling on another Oregon local server, with my good friends, but it's Horde! ahhhh :(
Take care all!

My stay with Celestial Knights wound down, and I have left to join Plundercats. The real problem was neglect on the part of the GM (I don't fault him as he had real life reasons). At least there was no drama. At our high point, we had Gruul on farm and had made forays into SSC, and TK.
While I will miss the old guild, it was the sort of thing where I would have to leave or hang it up until the next expansion. Doing nothing more than leveling even more alts to 70 just wouldn't work. Rebuilding was not an option as there really isn't anyone to take the reins, and I really couldn't bare running Karazhan again and again as I have been there so long already.
The new guild looks promising given their progression, and I like the people. It isn't casual, but with only 3 25 man raid nights per week, and with convenient raid times, I will not have a problem with the required attendance.

Man, life has been so busy I forgot to check in here for a while. My apologies!
So much has happened this last year. Baby # 2 (a boy) is due in 3 weeks or so. I've taken on a second full time job since November that seems to be going pretty well. Between my 2 jobs I am committed for 60 hours a week now. Strangely, I am no longer a PHP developer, I program only in Ruby and I'm loving it. I have upgraded my machine a few times now ... sitting pretty with 8gig of ram, a quad 3ghz with 2.5 TB of storage. It gets a 'little' bit of game use ... i played Guild wars for a while ... very casual friendly, loved it ... but recently i got into Call of Duty 4 and Portal. If you ever get a chance to play Portal, jump on it ... its just the best game ever made ... and only takes 2 hours to defeat :)
Thanks for reminding me of the good times. Its just awesome to hear the old names. I get occasional updates still from Neroon. He likes to call to fill me in on the server drama :) hehe I've seen Harken on ichat recently as well ... Mesta, where ya been?! Mage, Medi and Enk, you guys stay cool !!
